Our full household liquidation service also includes cosmetic repairs (e.g. plugging boreholes).

If there are wooden ceilings, wallpaper or floor coverings (carpets, laminate, vinyl, parquet, PVC, cork, tiles) to be disposed of, we will also carry out the professional dismantling/demolition work for you.

We also gut the entire property if needed (bathroom deconstruction, etc.), for example, if space needs to be made for a renovation / modernization project.

If there are valuable items in the household for which no further use is intended, we determine their value and charge this in our fixed price offer.

We separate the materials to be disposed of (glass, wood, metal, plastic, paper/cardboard, plastic, construction waste, hazardous waste, construction waste) and have them disposed of properly for a high recycling rate.
